Read in December, 2009

Hofstadter argues that the human sense of I-ness is an illusory but ineluctable byproduct of the Mind's always-already situatedness within the mind's analogical mesh of arbitrarily complex, nested feedback loops. Could have lost 100 pages, but great anyway.
