I have never been able to make a good cupcake, until now! This book is a godsend. For my first vegan baking experience, I made the golden cupcakes with chocolate butter cream frosting. The cupcakes were extremely moist with a light vanilla flavor, and the frosting tasted like chocolate milk. It was a perfect combination!
I cannot wait to try these cupcakes:
