The Innocents Abroad

Pretty entertaining to hear that Americans were just as unfamiliar with Europe/other cultures/traveling abroad in Mark Twain's days as they are now. A fascinating book that shows not only an excellent view of American culture in the late 19th century, but also a view of Europe and North Africa from a foreigners standpoint.
