An interesting read. I love books that make me think like this. If I am paranoid after reading a book like this, it has done its job. In a time with increased technology, especially concerning our own DNA, the moral questions are even stronger. Should we influence our genes? Who has a right to know our genetic code? Is euthanasia ever OK? Does business have a place in politics? What makes us human? So many questions to explore.

I did like this book, but I am a sucker for this genre. I'm not sure if someone who does not normally read this type of stuff would like it. Oh well. I thought it was good because it helped me to think about some of the questions. The plot seemed random though and the characters seemed a bit off.

There are a lot of other books that explore similar questions but this might be a good "gateway drug" book for people looking to enter the genre. I would recommend this. As for me, I think I just might read the next one in the series...
