A book about religion, but not a religious book. I've already written too much on this to be able to tolerate writing more here, but in short: worth wading through the dry bits to get to the good bits.

The end made me cry. Actually that's a warning, too - if you don't like descriptions of animals coming to harm, the very end of this could be upsetting to you.
