I've just finished rereading this for the fourth or fifth time, eight years after its release. Still, I found myself an absolute teary mess during chapter 34 - 'The Forest Again'. Coincidentally, Rowling has stated this is her own favourite chapter. The Prince's Tale and the deaths of Fred and Lupin still make my eyes water, but nothing compares to those scenes in the forest. Rowling deserves every little bit of her success. This is a fantastic conclusion to an unbelievable story. She is a true rarity; a fantastic author and an even better storyteller.

“Do not pity the dead, Harry. Pity the living, and, above all, those who live without love.”
