Much more sympathetic towards educators than you might think and much less business-book oriented. Christensen and co. are banking a lot on technology and the importance of different learning styles, but even if one doesn't agree with their solutions (and I think they may be on to something), the diagnosis is right on and clearly and even sensitively presented. Don't let the Harvard Biz School thing scare you off. If you have at all any interest in the field of education, it's worth checking out.
