Skateboard Renegade

I guess when you write 60 books for kids all surrounding sports, you can't expect them to be great. But man, talk about predictable and typical! I especially liked the part when a boy accidentally skateboarded into a woman with a stroller, the stroller started rolling towards a busy street, and the woman screamed, "My baby! What happened to my baby?!?!?!?!" Oh, and when we wrote out a character's lisp. And the three times the main character used the word 'phat.' I wrote like this when I was ten - but writing for kids doesn't mean you should write like one.
Gag me.
Gag me.

Wow good to know! I never picked up any of his books and I guess now I know why. Even as a kid, I knew that books written like that were stupid.
