** spoiler alert ** Wonderful book! Based on a true murder, Atwood reinvents the story of Grace Marks. The novel is a page turner (I read it in three days and it was over four hundred pages). Shifting perspective, cool symbols, great characters, mental asylums, prisons, a possible ghost (or multiple personality). Really quite eerie and mysterious.... I'm finding it difficult to sleep tonight!
