it was amazing

Read in November, 2009

If ever a strong argument is needed for how much can be done with language alone, please pick up some Wodehouse. Anyone wielding the English language as masterfully as he may write absolutely anything and it would turn out. Wodehouse writes humor, and his understanding of wit and jest is as good as his use of language. The end result is delightful.
I recommend listening to Wodehouse as well as reading him. There's something in the give and take of quick conversation and witty asides which lends itself exceptionally well to the spoken word.
