** spoiler alert ** This book is sooooo good. I don't have any violence in my life, but I'm glad that I didn't let the title scare me. This is one of those books you'll end up reading a few times if you read it at all.

One of my favorite things about this book was the "santa claus" expression. Instead of viewing your needs as a burden, consider them a gift to the other person. You're giving them the opportunity to help you. This was such a huge shift in thinking for me. I felt an immediate break-through reading it.

The other section I truly enjoyed was how to express gratitude the best way. This is now one of my all time favorite books.
