really liked it
bookshelves: nonfiction

This review may pertain more to my own personality than others. This is no great work of literature, and for that reason I feel a bit silly giving it 4 stars, but I truly did "really like it". I find Bourdain to be a very charismatic writer (and tv host, for that matter) and I am utterly fascinated by food and restaurants. Hearing about it from behind-the-scenes made my morning and afternoon commutes much more enjoyable and I learned quite a bit (like why not to order fish on a Thursday, for example). No regrets.
