Nick Bruel’s Bad Kitty describes in a humorous story how to give a cat a bath. Burel even gives facts through out the story as “Uncle Murray’s Fun Facts”. For example, a cat’s tongue has papillae on it, fish hook like bumps. There is also a small glossary in the back of the book that explains selected words from the story. The illustrations are in black and white and portray the events of the hunt and bath for the kitty humorously. Nick also uses several words in larger and bolder font to express emotions.
