Everything i have made with this cookbook has been awesome. Furthermore this book is so helpful with troubleshooting and tips for successful baking. It is clear that these ladies have baked many a cupcake.
Every I feed these mini cakes to is pleasantly shocked that the recipes are actually vegan. But, more importantly that their being vegan is that the recipes are so diverse, creative and exciting. A cupcake for every occasion. So far I have made the Agave cupcakes, the gingerbread cupcakes, and the red velvet cupcakes (well, mine were purple--make sure you have enough dye) with the blueberry not-to-sweet frosting. Very good all.
