I've meant to read Gladwell's books forever -- my mom and Emily have been telling me this forever -- and I'm glad I did. Great pop psychology, written amazingly well, and this one had a central premise that was wonderfully organized and well backed up. This is a terribly useful book for someone like me, trying to influence and organize people. I need to find a connector ....
