The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to Do About It by Michael E. Gerber
I read this book years ago when Quinn gave me a heads up on it. I have re-read this one time and time again. Easy read - principles put together in story form. It lists things that entrepreneurs do while they are starting a business, that won't get them to where they need to be. My favorite quote in the book is "If your business depends on you, you don't own a business - you have a job. And it's the worst job in ghe world, because you're working for a lunatic." If you own a small business get this book.
