and the soap opera continues...

Olivia has started chemotherapy, and her friends and family are all rallying around.... a touching description of different ways friends offer support.

Will.... has he changed, or not? it seems he wants to, but... I think the chase will be more to him then the relationship... name forgotten, but... ____ widowed when her husband died on his motorcycle... a fabric artist... her daughter _____ is quite angry and withdrawn... and artist herself by talent & training, she draws a lot in privacy, no longer sharing with her mom or others... she connects with Sean, a little older than her, that did not graduate from HS - issues with his father... and had been Anson's only true friend, and an artist - but untrained... Will is romancing the mother... in spite of her noninterest... he is enticing her with his art contacts for Sean, getting her to be obliged to him to give her vulnerable daughter & Sean some distance...

Sheriff Todd... dealing with bones that Sean & the daughter found in the back of a cave... they end up to be the mayor's exwife's, sister's Down syndrome son - never quite sure how he died in the cave... dealing with the mayor's drinking and driving (and yes, he dealt with it honarably, and the mayor took responsibility - getting Jack to write a sympathetic piece)... and his daughter (her pregnancy is progressing nicely)... and with Faith - whom he hurt too many times, but who is now friends with her daughter, who has been having breakins & vandalism, and yet whom he loves.... she gets over her anger, and at the end of the book accepts his proposal...

Justine's Tea House opens...

Matt and Mary Jo... Matt's trying to go slow... trying to be a friend, while guiding her into more... he rents the 2nd part of his duplex to her, and they see each other a lot... in response to David's threats to take her daughter, they get engaged, and somehow that changes things... and he realizes he has to give her her freedom... He's trying, she seems unaware... and then she finds a box of letters in the back of a closet... love letters from an army guy... and their mystery intrigues her... will it bring Matt and her closer?

Teri gives birth to 3 healthy triplets... Bobby is cute, wanting to give her everything... a funny scene when Bobby is talking with Christine, and he is conflicted, because they are having 3 boys, and he knows she wants a girl, and he's not sure about her getting pregnant again.... hmmmm.... and Christine is taking photography and business classes (photography for insurance files, of the valuables - is the business she wants to get into)... and working... and avoiding James (who disappeared when the article came out, but has returned for her)... James continues to be a man of few words, but at every opportunity he tells her he loves her, and will not leave again.... she finally accepts him in the hospital, as her sister is delivering the babies.
