Genre-exploding satirical romance novel from three female points of view. Yes there are fantastic (as in fantasy) and convincingly ridiculous boy friends throughout, but the true romance is in the near holographic evocation of some cinematic women able to connect despite their differences in backgrounds, politics, and taste.
Jazzier Jane Austen, with much more conscious social consciousness and a Wildean ability to sprinkle quoteworthy wit throughout.
