Lord, I don't know if I'm going to get through this one. "Gosh, it's so exciting to be abducted and be called 'Warprize' instead of my actual name! Lucky I'm the most fantastic healer that has ever been, and the guy who was designated to rape me seems to have fallen in love with the intoxicating vanilla scent I put in my hair!" *giggle*
(Although I kind of want to finish it to see how bad it gets. She hasn't been raped yet - and it'll be consensual anyway, coz she's in wuv. Well, as consensual as sex between master and slave can be, which I would argue is not at all.)

OK, I did actually make my way through it - it was just saved for me by the fact that it was revealed it's not actually a master/slave thing going on (but the fact that she falls in love with a man while believing that she is his slave is still disturbing to me.) Still disliked it - perhaps romance fans might enjoy it more, but I found the relationship irritating (not to mention the mai...more
