This book was pretty much garbage. It was written in the 19th century though, so its predictions are worth something. It's a rare recently published book by an early Jules Verne about a bohemian during a technological revolution. As it was unpublished, i could imagine four or five drafts later, it being a good dystopian book. As it stands though, its victorian-emo pulp that should have stayed lost in time.
