This cozy mystery is promoted as being of interest to Jane Austin fans and does include a number of Austin tie ins. It takes place during the holidays at a bed and breakfast on Cape Code. Twenty something Elizabeth is at loose ends for New Years and wanting a change of local to get away from her two timeing boyfriend. She accepts her Aunt Ellizabeth's invite to help out at the murder mystery dinner for New Years Eve and you can guess what happens at that dinner. The author plays fair with the reader and this is probably the start of a new series that should be worth watching.
