Truman's writing is exquisite. My only complaint is the abrupt ending. He was on his way to composing something akin to "A Farewell to Arms" or "The Sun Also Rises" and then, poof it's over. Now I want to see the movie with Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly (a name about as subtle as a blunt instrument, but easy enough to move past)...Should I bother?

Susan I've never read the book or seen the movie, so I can't help you with this one. If you do watch the movie and it's good, let me know. Mom
