Kel's review of The Book of Lost Things
The Book of Lost Things
by John Connolly
Perhaps I fell into line too late with Mr. Connelly here. The Book of Lost Things is undoubtedly his least best, plenty of 'goodreaders' saw to that. And Amazonians as well. The death of his mother could have been more drawn out, making it easier for me to see her as an actual event, and not some passing of time, an excuse for a child to roam free about with philandering copycatted myths and fairies.
