This was a painless way to learn a bit about Frank Lloyd Wright's life, times, and ideas. It takes place in the midwest of the first decade of the 20th century, and depicts household and women's life at that time in detail. I was fundamentally disappointed with the characterizations -- but what can one expect from light fiction.
