Well, I liked the author. Go figure. :)
Pretty cool book. Common sense stuff + a little psychology + a little semi-silly stuff that is useful to help you pay more attention to people and what they are saying.
It's a fun, easy read with lots of good reminders that people like to feel liked/listened to, and that you should be aware of how you appear to other people. So: be positive! listen! be curious! and you'll be okay.
Worth checking out at the library or buying.
