Yoon is from Korea, but has recently come to the U.S. and must start school here. She loves how her name looks in Korean letters, but is not so sure about it in English letters. She wants to go back to Korea where things are familiar. At school, Yoon starts writing new words like cat, bird and cupcake, but not her name. Slowly, Yoon gets used to things at school, makes a friend, learns a song in English and starts to feel comfortable around her teacher. Finally, she is ready to write her name in English- YOON! Grades K-2
