So far I like this book. I like Junger's perspective on how all healing disciplines can fit together instead of being antagonistic toward each other. I lean toward non-invasive, non-chemical treatment of illnesses, but also believe that there is definitely a time and a place for modern technology. I like that he is coming at things from a cardiologist's point of view-acknowledging the incomplete training of doctors-especially in the area of nutrition-and how our society is partly to blame for doctors not having time to actually spend real time with their patients.

I'm on page 29, so we'll see how it progresses.
