it was ok
bookshelves: started-but-didn-t-finish

I was looking forward to this book, having read and enjoyed The Red Tent. I soon gave up on it. Day After Night is the story of 4 woman in a British internment camp in Palestine in 1945. I found the characters flat and the story pretty boring, despite the potentially interesting subject matter. I read about 100 pages and should have given up after 50.
