it was amazing
Read in October, 2009

As with many of her other books, this is a little bit hard to get into at first, probably because the narrator is so confused. As it goes on, the world doesn't get any less confusing, but it does become compelling. I love McKillip's focus on music (that is seen in so many of her books), as well as her interest in unusual instruments and peasant instruments. I can has more naow?
