This was the first Agatha Christie book I've read. I think I will read more, when I'm feeling like practicing my detective skills.

This isn't much of a story - it's mostly a gathering and analysis of clues. But it did make me want to take a trip on the Oriental Express in that time period. They mention traveling through Baghdad and Kirkuk, which you wouldn't really want to do right now.

I never figure out mysteries, and I didn't figure out this one, but I was proud of myself for having noticed a few things that Poirot pointed out, although I didn't recognize the significance of them.
