Pat O'Malley Great title. It tells everything. Why even read the book? Snarl.

Oh, "how"; right.

But in a sense it's like reading a book on ugly. Afterwords you have been given a 24 course with a main course of lamb shoulder cooked in a bed of yogurt. Yep, that was ugly.

It's all good, though.

J. Who knows, but I think she's on to something. The relentlessly smiley Stepford 'morning-in-america' thing is tedious in extremis.
