I received this book from the publisher as an advance reader copy with the understanding I'd read and review it. This was 22 months ago. I couldn't bring myself to read it because I didn't like the looks of the cover.

I should not have judged the book by its cover (hey -- there's a saying in there) because it was actually a decent read. I was entertained throughout.

My only complaint was that the voice of the author was too strong and came through in all the characters.

I think that upper elementary to middle school boys would especially like it.
