I absolutely adored this book!!! I needed a break from my typical self-help book that I enjoy reading. I'm in the process of losing weight & chose this book. Had the main character never changed her thought patterns, I would've been disappointed. But the way she grew stronger, more confident, & took action, to more I fell in love with the book. For anyone who has suffered weight problems your whole life, this is a good book you'll likely relate to.
