This book is about a 13 year old genius named Artemis Fowl with his friends, Butler, Holly who's a fairy, Foaly a techincian, and a little demon N01 who was saved from Limbo, a demon dimmension by Artemis. Soon Artemis's mother goes ill with a rare only fairy detected disease. They have to go back in time using N01's magic to get the last cure of the disease, an exicnt lemur, which Artemis killed one year ago. Now he needs to face off against Artemis Fowl, at age 12 who's just as smart as Artemis but more devious.

I can connect to the world how deseperate people will go to save someone. In the book Artemis Fowl, age 12 gave up the lemur to save his father. Artemis Fowl, age 13 is going on a trip to the past to save his mother. In the world people will commit murder to stay alive or even rob facilities like stores.

I give this book a five out of five because it was a very satisfying and brillant idea by the author to put Artemis against himself. It also connects every plot together perfectly. If blank went into the past then it would be used in Artemis's plan. If someone lost something in the past then it would be recovered by the future. It is very confusing by if thought carefully you could see every detail and aspect of the plan's and problems.
