Just Try Me... (Harlequin Blaze, #270)

A 4 star read for me, a sweet romance between Lily (active, outdoorsy girl) and Jared ( CEO city boy but willing to have a go at the great outdoors) Both our H/h and have cheated death and are on their own separate roads to 'freedom' when their paths cross on a hiking break(Jared as a client and Lily the leader).Jared and Lily feel the love almost immeadiately but whilst Jared is a nice guy who just wants to get to know Lily, shes not going down the relationship road. Eventualy they get together in a moment of sweet passion and whilst Jared realizes whats happening and goes with the flow Lily is fighting the feeling all the way. This was a nice sweet,*finding yourself* romance. The H/h are thrown together for four days and their relationship developes nicely even tho' at times I wanted to sit Lily down and say "just go for it girl" what have you got to loose b/c she kept trying to kid herself she didn't do relationships whilst Jared bless him took everything she threw at him in his stride. Anyway theres a sweet HEA when it finally dawns on Lily that she hasn't got anything to loose by having a proper relaltionship with Jared and infact it might be just what she needs.
A nice read when you're looking for something quick and sweet.

Nice review, Adrienne. I might just try it - pun intended, LOL. I like Jill Shalvis's writing.

Thank you Dina, I think you'll like it, was a relly nice story and altho' the heorine denies her feelings she 's not one of those angry TSTL types just a little out of her depth with the place she finds herself:)
