Good stuff, but not nearly as gripping or inspirational as Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Most of this book is stuff that we were already doing, just not as intentionally as he recommends. It would be great to put this stuff into practice, but I suspect that my wife may not want to sit down ans systematize our family dynamics. Think I'll just take the big ideas and apply them as I am able.
