Fred a ready good romp of a book

Patrick Gibson I didn’t know what to say about it. Part Gothic, part Romance, and part paean to the mystique and love of books. I thought the maps of Barcelona in the back of the book for people wanting to stage their own “Shadow” treasure hunt was a little weird. I get the feeling this book has a huge cult following. I am not sure I will read Zafon’s second novel. Maybe save it for a snowy winters night in January.

Fred The second ones is rather a disappointment from the first, skip it. Totally missed the maps, finished the last page and closed he book, for me this was plane ride read...
