Every Breath You Take : A True Story of Obsession, Revenge, and Murder
by Ann Rule
That is weird, because Ann Rule was my dad's favorite writer! She lives here on Bainbridge Island [or did she die recently?:]
I hope she didn't die, because there have been too many creepy crimes recently of which I'm eager to read her account. (and because I don't want to see anyone die, of course!)

I had lived in Southwest Florida for only a few months when this murder occurred, and I remember it vividly. I tend to read everything Ann Rule writes as it is, typically waiting for the paperback since they're not re-readable (except for the one about Ted Bundy) but for me,this one was hardcover-worthy.
