From reading the blurb of “The Schopenhauer Cure” I thought the book would be a very “heavy” read, tackling issues of philosophy, psychotherapy, morality and meaning.

However, in reality, what I found was a tender story about a group of people who meet weekly for group therapy sessions, and find these meetings to have a profound impact on how they live their lives. A gorgeous book, I became totally immersed in the story, and have to say that by the end, I was really affected by the relationships between the characters and the changes they made to their lives. Highly recommended.
