Another book that made me think I need some more history lessons/reading. I love English/European history and this one touched on an area I was totally unfamiliar with. I learned a lot about late fifteenth century London and look forward to learning more now that I've finished this book. As a historical novel it was great. It did tend to read slow at times and I thought the author used choppy sentence structure that slowed the pace of the book. I also didn't care for some of the character development as it seemed somewhat shallow in areas that could have used much more depth. But overall a good book that was worth reading.
