really liked it

Wonderful book by one of my favorite poets. This volume finds Snyder in a mellow, reflective mood benefiting his years. The general concerns are the same--humanity's place in the great world ecology, via the central and northern parts of the western North American coast-- but this time its viewed mostly thru gentle looks at relationships that have mattered to the poets over the years.

Good stuff. Highly recommended!
