I've been running for over a decade now, but have fallen out of any sort of running rhythm and conditioning since the death of my dad. This was a great way to not only get back on track but also to learn why we must take things slowly as to not injure or over-train. Everything is explained in layman's terms without any condescension and it is always a pleasure to hear things from John "The Penguin" Bingham's perspective, since he is the epitome of an EveryRunner.

186853 Good luck with your return to running. I like reading Bingham's column in Runners World. I'm adding this to my growing "to read" list.
