    <body><![CDATA[I knew I really liked this book when I opened up another YA book that I was reading, read a paragraph, and was immediately confused because I wanted to be reading this book instead and had been waiting for those characters to appear.  (I will leave that book unnamed because it is also a pretty good book and I don't want this to reflect badly upon it.)<br/><br/>Bjorkman creates a truly exuberant protagonist, a theater geek without resorting to stereotypes of theater geekitude, who feels lost and insecure but combats it in the most extroverted and insane ways.  Roz has a huge crush on her sister's boyfriend. Her sister has suddenly shut Roz out of her life. Roz finds a teen book about lesbians in her sisters room.  She decides that 1. her sister is a lesbian. and 2. the best way to make her sister comfortable with coming out will be to pretend that she herself is a lesbian.  Plus, the chance to really act!<br/><br/>The plot spools out with cheek and care both, and does wonderfully well at exploring Kinsey's scale through the view of sometimes semi-hysterical, sometimes really tender, impulsive, confused teenagers.]]></body>
