Read in March, 2007

This was a great read. Marsh details a growth period in his life and the insights he gained along the way to becoming a better father, husband & boss. It's got lots of subtle English humor and was hard to put down.

Steve A humorous, warm and thought-provoking meditation on moving into middle age....
