How important it is to search for the own roots in order to understand the own identity. By the time Obama had written this book he was relatively unknown and nobody and also not him expected him to become the President of The Unites States. It is a very honest book and we get to know Obama more "privately". We can follow him and see how Obama has become a bridge between races, religions, cultures, nations and continents. And that again makes us to understand his present policy as the president.
