it was amazing
bookshelves: dark, fantasy, own-it, weres, magic
Read from April 13 to 15, 2010

It took me three days to read this - partially because of my schedule and partially because I'd heard things about the novelle following it (the one from Murphy's pov - "Aftermath", I believe it's called) that made me really hesitant to want to finish it.

Overall, Butcher did an amazing job tying everything in and balancing all the action, plot and numerous characters. I still wanted to strangle Harry for a few of his decisions, but I'm also not in his shoes. Nor would I ever want to be. He's one of those characters that I love to sympathize with, but I never want to live their life.

No spoilers here, simply because there are too many for me to even begin to unravel or discuss. It was definitely full of "changes" though. Now I really wish I was still catching up with the series instead of having to wait for the next book to come out.
