I also adored Dave Barry while in high school, laughing aloud each time I read his Sunday column. My mom continued to send me his columns through college, and even while I was overseas in Eastern Europe. The Slovakians thought I was a nut-case, laughing aloud on the bus as I read the columns she sent.

So this book was a delight. It was well-read, funny, and full of adventure. I really liked the brave and dignified Molly Astor, and loved the impetuous Peter. I'm eager to listen to the sequels on book-on-tape, too!]]>
