Wow. What a book! I can't believe it took me this long to get around to reading this fantastic piece of writing. I don't care if you are a barefoot running disciple or skeptic, these stories are incredible and inspiring and so. much. fun. to. read!

Even though you can tell McDougall writes for magazines with all his zany metaphors and pop culture references, I must give the man great credit for weaving together a collection of experiences, anecdotes, histories, and narratives in THE perfect blend of storytelling.

Thrilling, motivating, life-changing! Get out and read this. Get off your butt and RUN!
