Hannah Good to know, CLM. I found many of those 1970-1980's Fawcett Crest regencies were really good as well. May have to hunt this one down at paperbackswap - thanks!

CLM I agree; some of the old Fawcett Crests (especially Jane Aiken Hodge and a few others) are outstanding. I don't think the others by this author were as strong as Leonora which I came across yesterday in my quest to catalogue all my books. Try Clare Darcy and Sheila Simonson if you have not read them before.

Thanks! I just requested "Leonora" off paperbackswap, and will look into C. Darcy and S. Simonson.
