A NY Times best seller, this book reveals new thinking in medical science. The author makes a compelling presentation with a deft and light touch. Definitely accessible cutting edge science. A very clear explanation of why and how we are programmed to die. Cheerful, huh?

Several examples of man's complicated relationship with certain disease gives you a new appreciation of the human body and its relationships to some genetic disorders like hemochromotosis and diabetes.

My naturopath son-in-law recommended it. I do, too.
